- • $320 Half day (Mon-Thurs.)
- • $600 Full day (Mon-Thurs.)
Weekends
- • $400 Half day (Fri.-Sun.)
- • $775 Full day (Fri.- Sun.)
- • $1700 Weekend (Fri. -Sun )

Standard Fees
- • Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental value to secure the date
- • $150 cleaning fee for weekend days
- • $75 cleaning fee for weekend half days and weekdays
- • $200 cleaning fee for full weekends
- • $150 security deposit (refundable)
